The Role
- Handle a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including:
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Structuring joint ventures and partnerships
- Advising on de-mergers and company restructures
- Navigating shareholder agreements and disputes
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years’ PQE, with an existing client following and the drive to build your own caseload
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for growing the department
- A proactive approach to networking, marketing, and business development
- Availability to work from the Salisbury office at least three days a week
