Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional firm currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial department in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven lawyer to take a leading role in a well-established and ambitious team, with scope to shape the department’s future growth and presence in the local business community.
The Role
You’ll advise a broad range of clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts and trading arrangements
- Joint ventures and partnership structures
- Company restructuring and de-mergers
- Shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes
You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload, contribute to the department’s strategic development, and actively engage in marketing and networking initiatives to grow client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a confident and commercially minded solicitor with a strong track record in corporate and commercial law. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE with an existing client following
- Ability to develop and manage a growing caseload
- Willingness to attend the Salisbury office at least 3 days per week
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Enthusiasm for business development and community engagement
Location & Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role based in Salisbury, with flexibility around working patterns. The firm values in-person collaboration and encourages regular office attendance to foster team cohesion and client engagement.
