Our client designs bespoke engineered products for high‑specification environments and is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to implement new processes and spot areas of improvement. This role comes with good autonomy, reporting directly to the Directors of the business. It also requires getting hands-on in the warehouse and working with a small team to ensure goods in and out are completed on time and to high standards.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day warehouse operations and keep everything moving
- Handle goods in/out, stock control, and checks
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
- Keep stock accurate, organised, and systems updated
- Work closely with admin on deliveries, purchasing, and projects
- Lead a small team and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse
- Support and carry out deliveries for project work as required
About You:
- Strong experience in warehouse operations and stock control
- Proven ability to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Confident using IT systems, including warehouse/ERP software
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in daily
- Full UK driving licence (held 6+ years) and over 25 for insurance
- British citizen, able to obtain security clearance
