A leading L500 firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence in litigation is seeking a commercially astute Solicitor to join its high-performing Dispute Resolution team. The Role

You’ll advise a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial disputes, including:

  • Contractual claims
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters

From early strategic input and investigations through to mediation, advocacy, and trial preparation, you’ll be involved at every stage. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, with regular exposure to high-profile cases.
