The role:
We are partnered with a premium Italian restaurant in Chelsea who are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a presentable, highly organised and guest-focused hospitality professional to take responsibility for the reception operation and lead a team of 7.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within a premium or luxury restaurant environment
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Immaculately presented and professional
- Confident leading and developing a team
- Experienced with SevenRooms
- Naturally warm, personable and guest-focused
- Fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading, training and developing a team of 7
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Managing reservations and guest relations through SevenRooms
- Maintaining high standards across the reception operation
- Working closely with the wider restaurant management team
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception throughout service
