Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all production operations and manage section leaders
- Develop and communicate long‑term visibility of requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Plan, schedule and forecast activities; oversee procurement and ensure cost‑effective purchasing
- Interface between internal and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and ensure objectives are met
- Support introduction of new manufacturing processes and share best practice across the group
Qualifications
- Strong engineering or manufacturing background with experience across multiple process lines
- Experience of people management including performance management, training and development
- Green Belt Six Sigma certification
- Knowledge of process improvement
