A well established and respected law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3-5 years’ PQE to join its busy and growing team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of probate and trust matters within a supportive and friendly environment. Initially offered on a part time basis (3-4 days per week, including some full time holiday cover), the role has the potential to develop into a full time position over time. Working days and hours are flexible and open to discussion, with the possibility of hybrid working.

The Role

  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust administration and related advisory work
  • Providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice to clients
  • Managing files efficiently and independently
  • Building strong client relationships and maintaining high service standards

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ PQE in probate and trust work
