A well established law firm is seeking a hardworking and motivated conveyancing professional to join its award winning Residential Conveyancing team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal or property background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a busy, supportive and high performing team.

The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working closely with colleagues across the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of conveyancing files
  • Providing high quality client service throughout each transaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Promoting yourself and the firm to generate new work
  • Taking part in business development activities
  • Working collaboratively within a busy team environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to manage your own caseload independently
  • Proven track record in billing and generating new client work
  • Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using case management systems
  • A proactive, motivated and professional attitude
  • Integrity, drive and a commitment to delivering high quality service
  • Ability to work under supervision while also taking responsibility where needed
