Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive for a leading international law firm's Plots team in Bristol.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) with a salary up to Β£45,000 (DOE).

You will manage your own caseload across plots conveyancing for top housebuilders, including new build plot sales, site set up, section agreements, certificates and deeds of variation, within a 16-conveyancer team across two offices.
