Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the E/I Supervisor you will support the site maintenance effort carrying out typical maintenance activities including:
- Responding to plant breakdowns as required to diagnose and resolve faults of an instrumentation or electrical nature.
- Installation and maintenance of 415V AC motors and associated control equipment.
- Installing, commissioning, and maintaining safety, control, and measurement systems. Level, pressure and temperature measurements etc.
- Carry out calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems as per procedural documentation.
- Maintenance of hazardous area equipment inline with the DSEAR regulations.
- General electrical installation work including lighting and cable management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Will possess a time served qualification in an electrical/instrument discipline.
- Will have experience in fault finding
- Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial
- Beamex CMX software to carry out and record instrument calibrations is desirable
