Long established Buckinghamshire firm seeks a residential conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join their busy and expanding team. You will be involved in a varied caseload from instruction to completion including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages
- Remortgaging and Buy-to-Let
- Transfers of Ownership / Transfers of Equity
You will be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and be looking to join a friendly firm in a supportive and progressive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Assist with equity release and lifetime mortgages
- Coordinate remortgaging and buy-to-let transactions
- Process transfers of ownership and transfers of equity
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to work in a friendly, supportive, and progressive environment
