Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products manufacturing industry. They lead their market globally and have 100 years of experience leading the UK market. They are currently recruiting for a Plant Operator to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for health & safety on site
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring the accurate production of products
- Operating plant machinery including loading shovel, weighbridge etc
- Organising delivery of raw materials
- Updating and monitoring compliance documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a plant operator, multi-skilled operative or a similar role within Asphalt or Quarry environments
- Experience operating a loading shovel, weighbridge, coating plant or similar
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality compliance
- NVQ Wheeled loader license or similar qualification (Desired)
