A well‑established, Lexcel and CQS‑accredited law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its national residential property team in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage their own caseload and contribute to a high‑performing department.

About You

  • Significant experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease variations, new build purchases, Help to Buy and related matters
  • Ideally 5+ years PQE (Solicitor, CLC or CILEX)
  • Confident managing a full caseload independently and able to hit the ground running
  • Strong local knowledge and experience working with residential property clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post‑completion
  • Handle residential sales and purchases
  • Manage remortgage and equity release transactions
  • Review and check titles for freehold and leasehold properties
  • Manage transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
  • Provide guidance and training to conveyancing assistants
  • Build and maintain client relationships within the local area
  • Cross‑refer clients to other departments where appropriate
  • Apply strong knowledge of the local property market
  • Manage a varied residential property caseload efficiently and accurately
  • Provide cover for other offices when required
