The Role: We are looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of the day‐to‐day operation – from building and training the team to overseeing service, managing suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring a top‐tier guest experience. You'll work in close collaboration with the owners, playing a key role in shaping the restaurant's culture and success from the ground up. You need to be self-sufficient and be up for tonnes of autonomy and be able to work closely with the kitchen team – collaboration is key!
