Role Overview
- Service, maintain and repair coffee machines and vending equipment on customer sites
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance including cleaning, filters and descaling
- Fault‑find and resolve breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
- Support installation and commissioning of new coffee and vending systems
What We’re Looking For
- 2‑3 years’ field service experience within electromechanical equipment
- Background in coffee machines, vending or similar equipment preferred
- Strong fault‑finding skills and hands‑on engineering approach
- Full UK driving licence and confidence working in a field‑based role
Work Location
- Field‑based role covering London and surrounding areas
- Work carried out across commercial customer sites
- Daily travel with a mix of reactive and planned visits
- Combination of service calls, maintenance visits and installations
