We’re partnering with a fantastic and fast-growing bar group in London to find an experienced CRM Manager to join their digital team. This is a brilliant opportunity to take full ownership of CRM in a standalone role, working across a multi-brand portfolio and driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue through data-led campaigns. Based in a Central London office (hybrid working), you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the CRM strategy across multiple brands and venues. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, using customer data and insights to create targeted, high-impact communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the CRM strategy across a multi-brand portfolio
  • Plan and execute email and CRM campaigns end-to-end
  • Analyse customer data to drive segmentation and targeting
  • Build automated customer journeys and retention campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams across different brands

About You

  • Proven experience in a CRM Manager or similar role
  • Strong background in email marketing, campaigns, and customer data

  • Experience within hospitality, bars, restaurants, or food retail is highly desirable
