Rate: £20 per hour

Contract: 6 Months start date ASAP

Start: Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office

We are looking for an experienced Complaints & Information Officer to join a busy, customer-focused team. You will manage and coordinate complaints, Members’ Enquiries, FOI requests, Subject Access Requests, and Ombudsman enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to investigate complex cases, improve customer outcomes, and help drive continuous service improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous complaints handling or customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of FOI, SARs, GDPR, or Housing Ombudsman processes is essential.
