Residential Property Team Leader – Lincoln

This long established regional firm with offices across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire have a new vacancy for a residential property team leader to join their Lincoln office.

Overview

You will work in a busy residential conveyancing department and be responsible for managing and / or supporting the teams full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework and the caseload will encompass:

  • Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New-build transactions
  • Shared Ownership Schemes

About you

You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen to both manage your own caseload and the team. You will develop your own portfolio of clients and referrers and previous managerial and business development skills are essential.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time

Salary: £50000 – £70000 per annum
