Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
Location: Lewes, East Sussex (commutable from Brighton, Eastbourne, Uckfield, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Worthing, Hailsham)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a certified ISO 9001 QMS.
- Lead quality planning, process validation, and PPAP activities for customers.
- Oversee QA and QC functions and ensure adequate resourcing.
- Maintain ISO 14001 compliance and manage programs for chemical storage, waste, and resource efficiency.
- Continuous improvement of functions using Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
- Experience with auditing, RCA, PPAP & APQP.
