Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team leader, by mentoring junior colleagues.
- Supported Lean manufacturing
- Planned workloads and maintained team efficiency
- Creating and maintaining SOP documentation.
What We are looking for:
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- Ability to Fault Find
- Continuous improvement mindset and skills
- Mentoring and leadership Experience
