A well-established multi office practice with a strong presence in the Somerset area are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their property team in their Ilminster office.

In this role, you will handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases from initial inception to completion to include, sales and purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a busy residential team and be comfortable in independently managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
