Manufacturing Project Manager
Location: Hereford
Salary: Β£40,000 β Β£50,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday to Friday β flexitime
Commutable from: Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Pershore

Company Overview
An established manufacturing business delivering engineered products and technical solutions to a variety of industrial customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from planning through to production release, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
- Lead NPI activities and engineering change processes.
- Act as the technical interface with customers, providing project updates and resolving issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing or technical production environment.
- Knowledge of NPI processes and engineering change management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Qualification in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
- Full UK Driving License.
