Our client repairs and modernises escalator systems across large transport hubs and major retail environments. This is an opportunity to join a growing operation with many emerging opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform repair, maintenance, and modernisation of escalator systems in high-traffic environments.
- Carry out inspections, fault diagnosis, and component replacement to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Assist with modernisation projects, including upgrading mechanical and electrical components.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and site personnel to complete work efficiently while minimising disruption.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Practical experience with escalator maintenance.
- Understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements in high-traffic public environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
- Ideally hold NVQ Level 3.
- Hold full driving licence.
