An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Management Accountant to join a growing hospitality business, supporting hotel operations across Europe.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will take ownership of monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, while working closely with operational teams to drive financial performance.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience within a multi-site hotel or hospitality environment.
You will have excellent commercial and analytical skills, advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities, and a strong understanding of key hotel KPIs including Rev PAR, ADR and occupancy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders, challenging performance, identifying opportunities for cost improvement and providing clear financial insight to support decision-making.
Experience with systems such as Net Suite, Opera or equivalent hospitality finance platforms would be advantageous.
- Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified; QBE candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Previous experience within multi-site hotels is essential.
- Proven experience across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue streams, cost structures and key operational KPIs.
- Commercially minded, analytical and hands-on, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence operational teams.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
