A fantastic opportunity with a respected multi-office law practice that continues to grow across the South West. The firm has a long-standing reputation for high-quality work and a supportive culture and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.
Responsibilities
- You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working on a broad mix of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Post completion work
- You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient conveyancing service while maintaining excellent communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals.
- Collaboration is central to the team, and you’ll work closely with colleagues to keep transactions progressing efficiently.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to support the department’s continued growth through local networking and relationship building.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing matters
- Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A client focused approach with strong communication skills
- Confidence working in a modern, paperless, tech driven environment
- A proactive, supportive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
