Role Overview

  • Install, maintain and repair hospitality and catering equipment across the estate
  • Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive issues and breakdowns
  • Work on dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, glasswashers and refrigeration equipment
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs across domestic and commercial systems
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards
  • Accurately record maintenance activity using the CMMS system

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an appliance, catering equipment or facilities engineering role
  • Confident, polite and respectful, with a professional approach in guest-facing areas
  • Able to work independently, managing workload and prioritising tasks
  • Strong fault-finding skills with a practical, methodical mindset
  • Flexible when required for on-call or out-of-hours work

Skills & Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Gas Safe or manufacturer equipment training advantageous, not essential
