Role Overview
- Install, maintain and repair hospitality and catering equipment across the estate
- Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive issues and breakdowns
- Work on dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, glasswashers and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across domestic and commercial systems
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards
- Accurately record maintenance activity using the CMMS system
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an appliance, catering equipment or facilities engineering role
- Confident, polite and respectful, with a professional approach in guest-facing areas
- Able to work independently, managing workload and prioritising tasks
- Strong fault-finding skills with a practical, methodical mindset
- Flexible when required for on-call or out-of-hours work
Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Gas Safe or manufacturer equipment training advantageous, not essential
