I'm working with a brilliant casual dining business that's looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of one of its flagship Glasgow restaurants.

The Role
- You'll have full ownership of the restaurant, leading from the front and taking responsibility for every aspect of the operation, including:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing management and front-line team.
- Driving sales, profitability and the overall commercial performance of the business.
- Taking full ownership of the P&L, labour, stock, budgets and cost control.
- Creating an exceptional guest experience that keeps people coming back.
- Building a positive, energetic culture where people are engaged, motivated and developed.
- Maintaining outstanding operational standards while continually looking for ways to improve the business.
About You
We're looking for an established General Manager who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment and genuinely enjoys building successful teams.
You'll bring
- Proven General Manager experience within a quality restaurant or casual dining business.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, people and delivering brilliant guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing a full P&L.
- A hands on leadership style - someone who's visible in the business and leads by example.
- The ability to inspire, coach and retain great people.
- Experience within branded restaurants is ideal, although high-quality independent experience will also be considered.
