Role Overview
- Attending reactive callouts to diagnose and repair vending machines
- Servicing, maintenance and component replacement across machines
- Installation and setup of vending and refreshment equipment
- Working towards KPI targets such as response times and first‑time fix rates
- Completing accurate job records
- Managing van stock and ensuring required parts are ordered
- Providing professional communication with customers on site
What We’re Looking For
- Direct vending machine engineering experience – essential
- Strong mechanical, electrical and fault‑finding skills
- KPI‑driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Confident communicator with good customer‑facing skills
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Hard‑working, reliable and able to work independently
Work Location
Field‑based role covering the Oxford region, supporting customers across a range of commercial environments. Travel is managed within your patch and paid door‑to‑door.
