Our client manufactures rubber mouldings for industrial, commercial and military applications. Due to expansion, they are looking to grow the team, offering a brilliant opportunity for a process engineer to support the development of new production parts within rubber moulding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and document manufacturing processes for rubber moulding and associated assembly operations.
- Support new product introduction by defining process parameters, workflows, and collaborating on tooling and feasibility.
- Apply technical expertise across moulding methods, material testing, bonding processes, and tooling development.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth process handovers.
- Manage projects and quality requirements, ensuring products meet safety, performance, and customer standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of injection, compression, or transfer moulding (experience across multiple methods preferred).
- Hands‑on, practical mindset with willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.
