Responsibilities

  • Handle a full range of privately funded family matters for high net worth clients, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Work on cases with business and/or international aspects, and handle children law matters where appropriate.
  • Maintain relationships with long-standing clients and provide autonomous, high-quality legal advice.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ PQE in family law (or equivalent level of experience).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy caseload.
  • Experience in litigation is desirable.
