Family Lawyer – Exmouth
This highly regarded firm, with multiple offices across the Southwest, is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer to join their expanding team. With locations across the Southwest, this role will be based in their scenic Exmouth offices.
As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a qualified family solicitor with at least 5 years of experience to contribute to their dedicated family team.
The position primarily involves handling family and children matters. The team specialises in areas such as divorce, child arrangements, cohabitation advice and rights, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, and civil partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ expertise in family law, possess the ability to confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, and demonstrate sound technical knowledge across the full spectrum of family law. An understanding of the legal aid system is desired.
