A well‑established food manufacturing company in Evesham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team, supporting high‑speed automated production and site services equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical responsibilities, focused on keeping production equipment running efficiently.
- Skilled in fault‑finding, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns safely and effectively.
- Able to identify performance issues, record findings clearly and communicate improvements to enhance reliability.
- Ensures all equipment and maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards within a regulated food production environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in food production or FMCG.
- Both mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience.
- Experience with refrigeration systems, glycol chillers or industrial boilers (desired).
- Basic welding skills advantageous.
