Our national L500 client is seeking a talented Planning Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join their impressive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including developers, retailers, corporate occupiers, charities, investors, funders, NHS bodies, local authorities and government agencies.
In this role, you'll provide strategic planning advice, draft infrastructure agreements, assist with complex mixed‐use schemes and conduct due diligence on planning aspects of real‐estate transactions among other duties. You'll also be involved in risk management, appeals, judicial reviews, enforcement matters and highways and infrastructure planning.
The successful candidate will have experience drafting complex agreements, advising on judicial reviews and appeals, and working on regeneration projects. In return you will receive a market‐leading remuneration package and an amazing opportunity to progress in a supportive team.
