Private Client Solicitor – Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
PQE Level: 3-6
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
About the Team
We partner with a leading Tax & Estate Planning practice ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500. The team is established, highly regarded and works on complex, high‑value private client matters. This role offers long‑term development within a growing and well‑structured department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload across estates, trusts, wills, LPAs and intricate inheritance tax and Capital Gains Tax planning.
- Supervise junior team members.
- Draft high‑quality documents and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience in sophisticated tax and estate planning work.
- Excellent drafting skills and strong technical knowledge.
- Commercial, client‑first mindset.
- STEP qualification welcomed and supported.
- PQE Level 3-6 essential.
