We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a busy and supportive Residential Property team. You will manage your own varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, and buy‑to‑lets. You will handle matters from first instruction through to registration, advise on SDLT, and work closely with agents, brokers and other property professionals.
Qualifications:
- Client‑focused, confident, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Qualifications as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX are welcome but not essential.
