Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage team performance by setting clear objectives and challenging goals, while mentoring and developing both direct and indirect reports.
  • Ensure the team operates in line with regional and company objectives.
  • Manage appraisals, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and training activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all information within the NAV/Keylink systems is accurately maintained and that system functionality operates efficiently.
  • Support Technical Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors with reporting, analysis, and project work as required.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all quotations are completed and returned within agreed timescales.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
