Job Description
- Drive structure, momentum, and clear direction across complex steel and engineering projects
- Take ownership of project planning, commercial coordination, logistics, and on-site delivery
- Manage programmes, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee projects end-to-end, from initial planning stages through to final completion and handover
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners
- Proactively manage risk, variations, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead, support, and develop site teams to ensure high performance and consistent delivery standards
