We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive to join a leading international law firm’s specialist Plots team.
The role
- You will manage your own caseload across all areas of plots conveyancing for some of the UK’s leading housebuilders, handling the sale of new build plots – including purchasing schemes – alongside site set up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation.
- You will be part of a well-established team of 16 conveyancers across two offices.
About you
- Experience in plots sales or residential conveyancing (plots preferred but strong residential conveyancers will be considered).
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently and to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial, client-focused approach.
- Comfortable with high volumes whilst maintaining quality.
- Qualified solicitors wishing to move into this type of role will also be considered.
