The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
- Managing transactions from instruction to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development
- Participating in networking and business development activities
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
- At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
