A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Commercial Insurance team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious client base on a varied caseload of complex insurance property-related disputes, including first party property damage (FPPD), third party property damage (TPPD), product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries.

The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload of property-related insurance claims and contribute to large loss matters as part of a wider team.
  • The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of insurance property disputes independently.
  • Assist on large loss matters within the team.
  • Manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
