Responsibilities
- Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Advising clients on freehold and leasehold properties, including lease extensions.
- Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and managing the exchange and completion process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals.

- Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with case management systems and conveyancing software.
