A rapidly expanding national law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE to join its growing Cardiff office. Following significant investment and development, the Cardiff team has recently expanded and now accommodates up to 55 people, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious corporate practice.

The Role

  • You’ll work closely with an experienced corporate team on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including:
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Private equity and investment transactions
    • Corporate restructures and reorganisations
    • Shareholder agreements and governance matters
    • Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
    • Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value deals
    • Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
    • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

Candidate Requirements

  • Around 3 years PQE in corporate law
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Confidence managing transactions and communicating with clients
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
