Senior Associate – Real Estate Litigation – Cardiff
Join a market-leading Real Estate Litigation team, ranked Band 1 by both Legal 500 and Chambers. Acting for developers, investors, owners, management companies and end users handling everything from large-scale portfolio management to high-profile disputes over landmark developments.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by senior colleagues. Expect direct client contact, close collaboration with our team, and involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE in property litigation
- Strong technical expertise and academic background
- Commercially minded with a clear grasp of real estate markets
- Excellent communicator, able to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
