A leading Top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join their Tier 1 Housing Management team, part of a highly ranked Dispute Resolution department recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 as one of the premier litigation practices in Wales and beyond.

This well-established team advises a wide spectrum of clients on commercial, property and housing disputes. Their work spans tenancy enforcement arising from nuisance behaviour, criminal activity and anti‑social conduct, as well as succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and guiding clients through the changes introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.

Your portfolio will include registered social landlords and local authorities across Wales and England, and you’ll be encouraged to build strong, lasting relationships with these clients. Advocacy skills are highly valued, with regular County Court attendances forming part of the role. You’ll also be involved in drafting court documents, negotiating with parties, advising clients, and supervising junior colleagues including solicitors, case managers and paralegals.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, commercially aware, and an excellent communicator, able to demonstrate strong client care and collaborative working skills.
