Chadwick Nott are instructed by an award‑winning national firm who are looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their top‑ranked Medical Negligence team in their Cardiff office. The successful medical negligence solicitor will work alongside a recognised leader in this field, handling complex, high‑value clinical negligence cases with a focus on those involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, fatal claims, and inquests.

Your role will include:

  • Leading a varied caseload, including litigated claims
  • Securing early interim payments to support client rehabilitation
  • Advising across medical disciplines like obstetrics, neurosurgery, oncology, and psychiatric care
  • Delivering clear, compassionate legal guidance

About You

  • Strong experience in claimant work and litigated cases with around 2+ years PQE
  • A passion for justice and client care
  • Confidence in delivering empathetic, expert advice
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
