A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join its thriving Built Environment team in Cardiff. The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Advising on a broad range of property development and regeneration matters
- Drafting and negotiating development agreements, options, promotion agreements, and joint ventures
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and projects
- Managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence
- Building strong client relationships and engaging in business development
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and undertaking short‑term client secondments
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in real estate or property development
- Strong technical and drafting skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and cross‑office collaboration
