This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a passion for canapés, bowl food and event catering , working alongside an experienced Head Chef while supporting a unique organisation that changes lives through hospitality training and education

The Role

  • Prepare premium canapés, bowl food and event menus.
  • Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Deliver multiple events to exceptional standards.
  • Maintain excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Support menu development and new food ideas.
  • Manage stock, ordering and food costs.
  • Mentor and support trainee chefs.
  • Maintain high food safety and compliance standards.
  • Support events at venues across London when required.

About You

  • Experience as an Events Chef or Canapé Chef.
  • Strong background in premium hospitality or events.
  • Passion for fresh food and exceptional presentation.
  • Able to manage multiple events and deadlines.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing others.
  • Organised, hands-on and quality driven.
