Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across manufacturing, helping resolve complex electronic issues and improve overall performance
- Take ownership of how products are built, tested, and validated, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reliability
- Work closely with different teams to support new products being introduced into a manufacturing environment
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across processes, quality, and efficiency
- Support, guide and mentor for electronics engineers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronics, test, or manufacturing engineering roles within an electronics production environment
- Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to fault find and solve technical problems
- Comfortable working across teams and contributing to product and process improvements
- Either existing leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role
