An exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and fast growing Employment Law team within a modern, people focused legal services organisation. Known for high quality work and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a great environment for an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.
The team continues to expand and now seeks an additional Employment Associate to help manage a busy and varied caseload. You can expect exposure to the full spectrum of employment law, acting for both employees and employers. The work will span contentious and non contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, settlement agreements, drafting contracts, policies, handbooks and wider HR advisory work. No two days will look the same.
To be considered, you will need solid experience in Employment Litigation together with strong knowledge of employment law and procedure. You’ll be confident managing your own caseload, able to work under pressure, and comfortable delivering work to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as is a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
