An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded team in Bristol. This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse range of clients including commercial businesses, developers, investors, public sector bodies and private individuals. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced and well-recognised practitioners on complex and challenging disputes, gaining hands‑on experience from the outset. The team is known for its strength in handling sophisticated real estate litigation matters, including telecoms and development‑related disputes, making this an excellent platform for career progression and specialisation. This is a dynamic and collaborative environment where ambitious lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute to client relationships and develop their expertise within a supportive and forward‑thinking team.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising on a wide range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, rights of light and covenant breaches.
- Supporting and managing litigation, including complex contractual and development disputes.
- Assisting with telecoms and infrastructure‑related matters, including Electronic Communications Code issues.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and contributing to client strategy and case management.
